We are committed to a greener future while providing excellent service to our clients.

  • In line with our strong commitment to environmental beliefs, ProTech Legal has forged a meaningful partnership with One Tree Planted, and in an effort to promote sustainability, we will generously donate 10 USD upon the successful completion of every single transaction. As part of this initiative, we will ensure that each of our clients receives a certificate confirming this contribution, reinforcing our dedication to environmental stewardship and responsibility.

  • We are fully committed to becoming 100% paperless in our operations. However, due to outdated practices associated with the signing of legal documents relating to land in Scotland, we find ourselves hamstrung and unable to achieve our goal of being entirely paperless at this time. Despite this challenge, we will persistently continue to seek progressive change from Registers of Scotland to enable the electronic signing of such critical documents. It is important to note that our business practices successfully allow for a paperless approach in every other aspect of our operations.

  • We have set an ambitious and environmentally focused target to achieve carbon net zero status within the very first year of our operations. Based on our sustainable practices and strategic initiatives, we firmly believe that our carbon footprint is minimal. To maintain transparency and accountability, we will publish a comprehensive report detailing our carbon usage on an annual basis, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.
